Museum of Applied Arts Budapest

Art Nouveau inmidst the Hungarian capital

The building is a beautiful masterpiece of the Hungarian architect Ödön Lechner, built in "Art Nouveau" style, including Hungarian, Indian and Asian motifs.

A unique glass dome above the main hall, where both - natural sunshine and evening lights - create a special atmosphere to any event.

The bases of the museum exhibition are applied arts masterpieces from all over Europe from the middle ages up to nowadays.
