I have been working as a tour guide for more than 20 years. Before moving to Salzburg I worked in different tourist destinations (Egypt, Greece, Croatia). Salzburg has become my home and it is also the dream destination of many tourists. We decided to take private tours for the Sound of Music, The Lake side Village of Hallstatt, and the Eagles Nest tour in Austria. Tour guide Alenka was amazing! Alenka made our visit to Austria better than we could have imagined. Alenka gets 5 Stars as she went above and beyond of what we expected. Alenka told us things about the Sound of Music, Hallstatt and the Eagles Nest that we may not have heard on a bus tour. The bus was full and we were concerned but Panorama Tours put us and two other people in a small van where we basically had a private tour! It was great and our tour guide Alinka (forgive any spelling errors) made the whole experience enjoyable. Our tour was incredible. At first, we were hesitant to book because of the price, but it was well worth it. We saw many places that we wouldn't have made it to otherwise and were kept well entertained while on the way with information from our guide and singing as well. Highly recommend this tour.
