The Eagle's Nest, also called "Kehlsteinhaus", is a historic building on the Kehlstein, a mountain in the Bavarian Alps. It was built between 1937 and 1938 on the orders of Adolf Hitler and served as a prestigious guest house for high-ranking NSDAP party members. Today, the Eagle's Nest is used as a restaurant and viewpoint and is a tourist attraction which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Your private guide will take you to this unique, historic building, where you will get all the interesting information and data about Hitler's legendary teahouse.
After the spectacular visit to the Eagle's Nest, your private sightseeing tour takes you to the highlights from the movie “The Sound of Music”. Because of the opening period of Eagle's Nest, the tour is only available from May till end of October.
Entrance fees, food & beverages are not included and must be paid onsite.
